How to reset your password

When you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password, you can get a new one. Click on "Forgot password".

Then, follow the instructions added in red on this screen shot.

You receive an email containing a link. Click on the link to open this page:

Next time you click on LOG IN, type in your email and the new password you have chosen.

Please note that the new passwords must contain 12 characters minimum, including lower and upper cases, at least one digit and one of these: ?!@$%#^&*- 

There is an App for you!

To get easy access to the BWC directory and to our events, we encourage you to use the Personify App on your smartphone. To download the “Wild Apricot for Members App”, go to the App Store (IPhone) or Google Play (Android), then all you need is your email address and the BWC password you have created to log into our website.

How to use your credit

If you had registered for a luncheon, paid online and cancelled in due time, your Wild Apricot account profile shows an available balance. To use your credit toward a payment, please review this document.

Do you know that finding out who lives in your BWC neighborhood or if there are newcomers in your neighborhood, discovering who shares your interest for art or your postal code, are a couple of clicks away? Just use the advanced search function of our Directory. 

Edit your profile, upload a photo or change your privacy settings

Please make sure you update your profile, especially if your postal address changes! 

You can choose what information in your profile is shared with fellow members in the privacy settings of our directory.
